Food: Casual French dinning at its best. The quality of the food, much of it flown in from France, is reflected in the texture and taste of the various dishes, all of which are attractively served. The a la carte and set lunch menus change monthly. The restaurant offers a variety of appetisers, including a range of foie gras, and main courses and the choices are all tempting. For appetisers, the escargots are good and the grilled scallops are marvellous. The main courses offer fish and vegetarian, as well as meat dishes, the cassoulet being the house speciality.
Wine: There is an extensive win list offering wines from all over the world. It includes a selection of half bottles that are particularly popular at lunchtime.
Service: Some of the best encountered in Singapore with smiling, helpful waitresses who arrive at and disappear from the table at just the right moment.

offering a 180-degree view across Singapore. At night the city, winding around the rivers, is at your feet, the glittering lights, river boats and night attractions. Make sure you ask for a window seat.
Food: A concise menu offers well-signposted signature dishes, including the sublime entrée of air-dried duck breast. Salads are slick with dressing and very flavoursome. Roasted spiced rack of lamb is an international gourmet tour featuring tender, pink cutlets alongside distinctly piquant and zesty flavoured accompaniments.
Wine: List of wines is extensive
